Terms of Service

By accessing our website at royaleyez.com, enrolling in any program, or making a purchase, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Student," "Client," or "User") and Royal Eyez ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our services.

Royal Eyez offers the FRAME to Fortune™ program, an educational course and mentorship program designed for photographers and videographers. Program content may include live sessions, pre-recorded video modules, written materials, community access, and one-on-one mentorship components as outlined in the specific program description at the time of enrollment.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or supplement program content at any time to improve the quality and accuracy of materials provided.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any Royal Eyez program. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

All program fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) and are due in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is expressly offered and agreed upon. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the stated program fee.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OF ANY KIND.

Due to the immediately accessible digital nature of our program materials and content, all purchases are non-refundable. By completing your enrollment and payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund, partial refund, credit, or chargeback for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or circumstances.
• Failure to use or complete the program materials.
• Dissatisfaction with results or outcomes.
• Technical difficulties attributable to your own devices or internet connection.
• Scheduling conflicts with live sessions.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card issuer without prior written communication with Royal Eyez constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your program access and legal action to recover the disputed amount plus associated fees.

All content, materials, videos, templates, worksheets, frameworks, and resources provided as part of the FRAME to Fortune™ program are the exclusive intellectual property of Royal Eyez and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any program content or materials.
• Use program materials to create competing educational products or services.
• Share your login credentials or program access with any other person.
• Record, screenshot, or copy any live or pre-recorded sessions without express written permission.

Lifetime access is granted to program materials as long as Royal Eyez continues to operate the program. Royal Eyez reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the program at any time, with reasonable notice provided to enrolled students.

Access may be revoked immediately, without refund, if you violate any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of content, abusive conduct toward staff or other students, or fraudulent payment activity.

The FRAME to Fortune™ program is an educational resource. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Royal Eyez does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, income level, or business result from participation in any program. Any testimonials or case studies shared are individual results and are not typical.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Eyez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the program or its materials, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Royal Eyez and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the program, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Royal Eyez is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of competent jurisdiction.

Royal Eyez reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify enrolled students of material changes via email. Continued use of the program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
