Royal Eyez operates a strict no-refund policy. By completing your enrollment and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety. No exceptions will be made.
1. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ROYAL EYEZ DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
When you enroll in the FRAME to Fortune™ program, you gain immediate access to digital content, program materials, community resources, and scheduled sessions. Due to the instant and irrevocable delivery of this digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
This policy applies regardless of whether you have accessed the materials, attended live sessions, or completed any portion of the program.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
The following reasons explain why refunds cannot be issued:
- Program content and materials are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon enrollment.
- We invest significant resources in delivering live coaching, mentorship, and community support that cannot be recovered once rendered.
- Seats in the FRAME to Fortune™ program are limited. Holding a seat prevents another student from enrolling. Refunds would be unfair to students on the waitlist.
- Educational outcomes are dependent on individual effort, implementation, and commitment — factors entirely within the student's control.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following situations do not qualify for a refund:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances after enrollment.
- Failure to attend live sessions or access program content.
- Dissatisfaction with content, delivery format, or results.
- Technical issues attributable to your own hardware, software, or internet service provider.
- Scheduling conflicts or time constraints preventing participation.
- Financial hardship arising after the date of purchase.
- Failure to achieve expected business or financial outcomes.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor without first contacting Royal Eyez constitutes a breach of these Terms and our Terms of Service. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback:
- Your access to all program materials, community platforms, and coaching sessions will be revoked immediately and permanently.
- Royal Eyez reserves the right to pursue legal action and/or collections proceedings to recover the disputed amount plus any associated fees, legal costs, and damages.
- Your name and information may be reported to fraud prevention services.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Royal Eyez acknowledges that extraordinary circumstances may arise. At our sole and absolute discretion, we may consider issuing a program credit (not a monetary refund) in truly exceptional cases such as a documented medical emergency preventing any future participation. Any such consideration is entirely at our discretion and does not establish a precedent or obligation to do so in any other situation.

6. Program Cancellation by Royal Eyez
In the unlikely event that Royal Eyez cancels a program before it begins, enrolled students will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future program date. If a program is discontinued mid-delivery due to circumstances within our control, a prorated program credit will be offered.

By completing your enrollment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. You acknowledge that this policy was clearly disclosed prior to your purchase and that your enrollment constitutes knowing and voluntary acceptance of these terms.
